Happy Day 12 of the Cook Bake Nibble 12 days of Christmas party- and Merry Christmas Eve! I’m so happy to have been able to share some great traditions, family recipes and new favorites with all of you these last 12 days. Can you believe it is finally the night before Christmas?!?
My mom and I ran around all day yesterday and this morning gathering supplies for our contributions to the Christmas feast. I’m making my favorite gluten-free cornbread stuffing, brussels sprouts with grapes and cupcakes (the ones I’m making are chocolate peppermint!). I have some of my new favorite, Gillian’s bacon bark in the fridge for gifting, and I’m about to send a gluten-free version of my most-loved christmas cookie, Peanut Butter Ginger, in the oven in a few minutes. We’re full of Christmas cheer over here!
To close off my 12 days celebration, I’m adding my original link-up post here so all of you can see all of the wonderful submissions! You still have today to post, if you wish!

I am taking tomorrow off to celebrate fully with my family, so want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, a (late) Happy Hannukah and a wonderful New Year- though I’ll be back before then. Lots of love!!
