Happy Canada Day Holiday to all the Canadians! I hope you’re all enjoying yourselves in the beautiful sunshine with a cold green smoothie or some coconut milk ice cream. For the Americans- your day is just a couple days away, hang tight! Right about now I am en route to Montreal, sails up, cruising through Lake Ontario and down the St. Lawrence. In about 48 hours, I’ll be in the beautiful riverside city for a full month.

If the blog happens to seem a little quiet at times, I apologize- living on a boat means no internet (really unplugged!) so I’ll do my best to get the amazing recipes, guest posts and adventure updates up whenever I can make my way to a Starbucks.
