About Me
Hi, I’m Kristin Rugg Dovbniak. Natural Foods Chef + Culinary Nutrition Educator located in Toronto, Ontario. I work as a Natural Foods Chef, which means I focus on whole foods. Fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, natural meats, whole gluten-free grains, beans and legumes, healthy fats and natural sweeteners. Anything goes as long as it comes from nature. I am a classically trained chef, which means I love food. Making and serving delicious, beautiful food is my true passion, and I believe the best way to get people to eat healthy is by serving them (or teaching them how to make) fantastically delicious food.
My other passion is Nutrition. I attended the University of Rhode Island for nutrition and later received my certification as a Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE). I believe in optimum nutrition by way of whole foods- not calories or choosing one food group over another. Cook Bake Nibble is where I share with you my best natural recipes, tips on healthy living and favorite wholesome living products. Learn more about my food philosophy, or to see what services I offer head over to my main page.

Hi there Kristen! Been meaning to stop by and say thank you for commenting on my blog last month. Thanks so much for visiting.
How fun that you plan to mix nutrition with culinary school. Sounds like the perfect combination to me!
Hey. Really loving your blog so far!
Good luck in Toronto, I lived there for a year! It’s a great city.
Hi Kris,
We sound similar in our approach to food!
Your glasses are cute. I wear glasses because things that are far away are blurry (is that far sighted or near sighted?) but I rarely get photographed while wearing them seeing yours makes me want to see mine! Ha!!!!
Thanks for commenting on my post about Janetha and Momma B! It was fun to find your blog!
Hey Jenn! I’m so glad I found your blog through Janetha, too! I’ll definitely be reading more, thanks for stopping by my blog!
