No Caffeine? No problem.

During the month of April, I made my health challenge  a goal of saying no to caffeine for the month. That meant no green tea in the mornings, chai lattes on a Saturday and doing my best to stay away from the roasted and not-raw chocolate (in favor of less caffeinated cacao).
